Deeply loved and regretted by his sisters Cheryl and Paula, brother Kevin, brother-in-law Trevor, nephew David, great nieces Ellie and Sienna, nieces, nephews, neighbours and many friends.  

Jack will repose in O’Hora's Funeral Home, Kiltimagh F12Y1F7 on Wednesday evening from 6.30 until 8 o'clock.

Funeral cortege will leave O’Hora's Funeral Home on Thursday at 12noon for Cremation in Shannon Crematorium.

Donations in lieu of flowers to Special Olympics c/o O’Hora Undertakers, Kiltimagh.

Sincere sympathy to jacks family especially Kevin who was his right hand man. Remembering do the bus run in the morning jack and Kevin would get on always in good form. Jack would be laughing and having the crack al the way to the center, he brightens many a day. He was good to all he met and looked out for everyone he had a beautiful heart an laugh and smile that would you good if you were down. Jack and Kevin I missed you dearly when you left us in aras the place was not the same without you. Now jack your not a round it more sadder your spirit will live on.
