Kathleen Higgins née Healy,

London and formerly of Aughoose, Pulathomas, Co. Mayo.

Kathleen was born on the 1st June 1933 and was the third youngest of eight children born to John and Catherine Healy in Aughoose, Pulathomas, Co Mayo. Kathleen emigrated to United States of America at the age of just 19.
After five years in New York Kathleen emigrated to London where only after a few weeks she met and later married Patrick on the 17th March 1959 at Our Lady Catholic Church in Kentish Town.  

Kathleen passed away on Monday morning June 19th, 2023 at the Wimbledon Beaumont Nursing Home in London aged 90 years.

Kathleen was very happily married for 63 years and is survived and will be sadly missed by their six children, eighteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Kathleen’s Funeral Mass will be held in St Boniface Church in Tooting Broadway on Monday morning 10th July at 10 o’clock with burial afterwards in Lambeth Cemetery, Blackshaw Road, London.
