Peg Biggins, Castlecarra, Carnacon, in the loving care of her Children, Grandchildren, Great Grandchild and extended family, on June 27th, aged 97 years.

Predeceased by her husband Pat and Granddaughter Maria.

May her gentle and kind soul rest in peace.

Reposing in Carnacon Community Centre on Friday 30th June from 6pm to 7.30pm.

Removal from her home in Castlecarra on Saturday 1st July, to arrive at St. Mary's Church, Carnacon for funeral mass at 12 noon.

Burial afterwards in Burriscarra Cemetery

Oh the times we had myself and Peg. She was such an important and wonderful part of my life growing up. We used to laugh until the tears would start & we had pains in our sides. I remember one time when Mary had bought lovely smoked salmon, Peg and I thought would surprise her have have it ready when she came home. Neither of us ever had smoked salmon before and there were no instructions on the packet, so we thought well you must have to grill it and that is what we did. Mary came home and as you can imagine was so upset with us. She was so mad and the two of us couldn't stop laughing.. In the end Mary couldn't stay mad at the two of us. Peg was a special person, full of light, love and laughter and genuinely loved to see and chat to you. No matter how hard a day you were having she always found a way to brighten it up. Now she will do the same in heaven. Although I am so far away, Tom, Gerry, John, Dorothy, Mary and families you are all in my prayers and thoughts. RIP my friend
