Brendan Lynott,
 
Carrowgarve, Crossmolina, Co. Mayo - peacefully, at his home on 11th June in his 95th year.
 
Predeceased by his loving wife Mary Jo, brothers Eamon and Tim, sisters Sheila and Angela and grandson Aiden Mulderry.
 
Brendan will be dearly and lovingly missed by his daughters Marian, Irene, Deirdre, Regina and Sheila and sons Benny, Kevin and Mark, grandchildren, great grandchildren, brothers and sisters, daughters in law, sons in law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends. 
 
Rest in Peace Brendan.
 
Remains reposing at Hiney's Funeral Home, Crossmolina (Eircode F26DH95) on Tuesday evening from 5pm until 7pm.
 
Removal from his home on Wednesday to St. Tiernan's Church, Crossmolina for Requiem Mass at 12 noon with burial afterwards in Crossmolina cemetery.
 
Brendan's Funeral Mass can be viewed on www.churchtv.ie/crossmolina.

He and Mary-Jo were such a HUGE part of my childhood holidays in Ireland (I am Paddy and Nora Clancy’s granddaughter - Maureen’s eldest daughter) and I have such happy memories of cutting turf/making hay with Grandad and then going round to Brendan and Mary-Jo’s in Kinard afterwards where there was always a full house and lots of love and laughter.

Childhood friendships with Regina and Mark meant that seeing the Lynnott’s was a daily occurrence over the summer holidays - I will treasure those memories forever.
