Market Street, Killala, Co. Mayo - peacefully at Mayo University Hospital in his 92nd year.
 
Deeply regretted by his loving wife Gretta, his children Liam (UK), Máire (Mojácar Spain), Siobhan (Rickmansworth Herts UK), Michéal (Rathfarnaham),  Seán (Parke Castlebar) and Donie (Killala), sister Martina (Convent of Jesus and Mary Felixstowe), brother in law John Dunshaughlin, son in law Werner, daughters in law Maria, Ailbhe, Noreen and Edith, grandchildren Diarmaid, Cillian, Niall, Joey, Aoife, Cian, Conor, Saoirse, Shane and Brian, great grandchildren Annabelle and Kit nieces nephews and friends.
 
May he Rest in Peace.
 
A special thanks  to his carers and the staff of Mayo University Hospital.
 
Joe will be lying in repose at his home on Sunday from 3pm - 6pm with removal to St. Patrick’s Church, Killala at 7pm.
 
Requiem Mass on Monday at 12 o'clock with burial afterwards in Killala cemetery.
 
The funeral mass will be live streamed on churchtv.ie/killala.
