Anthony 'Tony' Gilroy,

Barnsley, England and Woodview Court, Killala and formerly of Scullibeen, Crossmolina, Co. Mayo - peacefully surrounded by his family on the 6th May 2023.

Predeceased by his parents James and Bridget Gilroy, brothers James, Stephen, Johnny, Martin, Mick, Pat, his sisters Mary and Josie.

He will be sadly missed by his heartbroken family, his loving wife Teresa, children James, Ann and Anthony, daughters-in-law Angela and  Erica and son-in-law Vincent, brother to Kathleen (Crossmolina Mayo), Tess (Leeds, Uk)  and Carmel (Castlebar, Mayo), grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews,  grandnieces, grandnephews relatives and friends.

May his Gentle Soul Rest in Peace.

Tony will repose at Hughes Funeral Home, York Road, Leeds on Thursday, 18th May from 5.30 until 7.30pm for anyone wishing to attend.

Reposing at Hineys Funeral Home, Crossmolina (Eircode F26DH95) on Friday, 19th May from 5pm until 7pm with removal to St. Patrick’s Church, Killala arriving at 8pm. 

Requiem Mass on Saturday, 20th May at 12 noon.

Burial afterwards in Crossmolina Cemetery.
