Thomas Reilly (better known as Tommy),

Seaside, Belmullet, Co. Mayo and formerly of Surge View, Blacksod - peacefully at the Mayo University Hospital, Castlebar - surrounded by his loving family on 10th May 2023.

Predeceased by his parents John and Bridget, sisters Sheila Reilly (New York) and Kathleen O’Connor (New York) and brother Joe (Surge View, Blacksod).

Beloved husband of Sheila and dear father to Mary, Aidan, Tomás and Michael.

He will be sadly missed by his heartbroken family–adored granddaughter Isabella, daughters-in-law Rossana and Breda, brother Christy (Galway), Paddy (Tarmon, Blacksod) and Terry (New York and Faulmore), sisters Ann Farrell (Quin, Co. Clare), Bridie Murphy (Dublin), Mary Halpin (New York) and Sally McGrath (Belmullet), brothers in law, sisters in law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

May His Kind and Gentle Soul Rest in Peace.

Remains will repose at McDonnell’s Funeral Home, Belmullet on Friday evening from 6.30 until 8.30 with the funeral arriving at the Church of the Sacred Heart, Belmullet at 9.30.

Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday morning at 11 o’clock followed by burial in Faulmore Cemetery.
