Teresa (Tess) Cannon,
Claremorris and formerly of Castlebar, Co. Mayo and Straleel, Kilcar, Co. Donegal - died peacefully in the loving care of Claremount Nursing Home staff in her 99th year on May 3rd, 2023.
Predeceased by her parents Bernard & Mary her brothers Bernard, Eddie and Peter, her sisters Mary Ann, Bridget (Sr. Madeline), Ellen, Sarah, Peg Roisin (Sr. Mary of the Divine Heart) and her niece & nephews James, Eddie and Anne O’Reilly (Convent Road, Claremorris), Peter & Timothy Dunne (Mountmellick), Paddy and Joe Cannon and Maeve Cannon (Donegal)
Tess will be sadly, missed by her nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.
Reposing at Gilligan’s Funeral Home, Market Square, Claremorris (F12YP74) on Friday evening (May 5th) from 6.30pm with removal at 8pm to St. Colman’s Church, Claremorris.
Funeral Mass on Saturday afternoon (May 6th) at 3.30pm with burial afterwards in St. Colman’s Cemetery, Claremorris.
Funeral Mass will be live streamed on You Tube “Claremorris Church Live” https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCXznV-Kn2sVij_zi3fZun6w or listened to on local parish radio on 106f.m.
