Cormac Cresham,

Fortfield, Castlebar - peacefully at The Mayo Hospice, surrounded by his loving family.

Predeceased by his Dad Frank, aunt Mona Rabbett and uncle Pat.

Deeply regretted by his his loving mother Ann, son Nathan, brother Conor, aunts, uncles, nephew Leon, niece Alyssa, brother-in-law Noel, Nathans mother Karen, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Rest in peace Cormac.

Reposing at the Coady Funeral Home on Thursday evening from 5.30 until 7 o’clock followed by removal to his home in Fortfield.

Removal from his home on Friday morning at 10.15 to The Church of the Holy Rosary for Requiem Mass at 11 o’clock.

Funeral afterwards to Castlebar new cemetery where he will be laid to rest with his Dad Frank.

Family flowers only. Donations to Pieta house or Dementia Ireland, c/o The Coady Funeral Home.
