Anne Fadian,

Dooagh, Achill, Co. Mayo - at the Mayo Hospice.

She will be sadly missed by her beloved brother Martin, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, cousins, extended family and a wide circle of neighbours and friends.

Predeceased by her parents Patrick and Bridget, her brothers Michael, Pat, Charlie and John, her sisters Bridget and Theresa.

May she be reunited with them in heaven. 

Her family would like to thank the staff of Mayo University Hospital and the Mayo Hospice for the wonderful care of Annie in her final days.

Reposing at Lavelle's Funeral home, Cashel on Monday evening from 5pm to 6.30pm with removal to St. Patrick's Church, Pollagh. 

Requim Mass on Tuesday at 11am followed by burial in Slievemore Cemetery.
