Michael Forde,

Beltra, Carrowmore-Lacken, Ballina  - peacefully at home, surrounded by his family.

Predeceased by his parents Patrick and Mary, his son Sean, his brothers Martin, Tom, Patrick and Brian.

Sadly missed by his heartbroken family, his wife Ann, sons Thomas and Patrick, daughter Ann-Marie, grandchildren Lauren, Sean, Liam, Michael, Emma, Johnny, Donncha, Anna, Katie, Sara, and Annie; his brother Sean, sisters Mary, Nancy, Patsy, Kathleen, Breege, Frances, and Monica; son-in-law David, daughter-in-law Geraldine, Jenny and Aine; brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and a wide circle of friends (and his special friend Luna).

Reposing at his home on Wednesday from 5pm to 8pm and again on Thursday from 5pm to 8pm.

Mass on Friday at 12 noon in St Patrick's Church, Lacken (F26NH67) followed by burial in Lacken Hill cemetery.
