Mary (Mai) Clifford (nee Brady),

Grange, Ballinlough, Co. Roscommon and formerly of Ballindollaghan, Castlerea, Co. Roscommon (February 25th, 2023) - peacefully at University Hospital, Galway surrounded by her loving family.

Pre-deceased by her husband Martin, her son baby Martin, father Jim, sister Christina and her grand-daughter Kathlin. 

Loving mother to Stephaine (Sligo), Mia (Ballinlough) and William (Ballinlough).

Mai will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her daughters and her son, her adored grandchildren Courtney, Aarron, Ryan, Leanne and Kadie-Mai, her mother Teresa (Flynn, Castlerea), and Mai’s partner Stephen. Also, by her loving brothers and sisters Patsy (Limerick), Jimmy (Castlerea), Denis (Frenchpark), Martin (Manchester), Bridgit (Kildare), Anna (Ballinlough), Kitty (Galway), Mary-Geraldine (America), Bernadette (Castlerea),  Georgina (Williamstown), Jackie (Tipperary), and Siobhan (Castlerea), son-in-law John and William’s partner Tara, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, grand-nephews, grand-nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at McDonagh’s Funeral Home, Castlerea on Tuesday evening from 5 o’clock until 7 o’clock.

Funeral arriving at St. Patrick’s Church, Granlahan on Wednesday for Funeral Mass at 12 noon with burial in the adjoining cemetery.

Family flowers only, donations, if desired to the Asthma Association of Ireland c/o McDonagh Funeral Directors Castlerea or any family member.
