St. Gerard's Crescent, Ballyhaunis, Co. Mayo - peacefully in Mayo University Hospital surrounded by his family.
 
Predeceased by his parents Patrick and Mary and his sisters and brothers.
 
May they rest in peace.
 
Deeply regretted by his life long partner Margaret, his sons P.J., Eddie, Billy and Michael, daughters Carla and Mary, grandchildren, great grandchildren, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.
 
Patrick will be reposing in Gavin's Funeral Home, Knox Street, Ballyhaunis, Co. Mayo on Monday evening from 5 o'clock until 7 o'clock.
 
Funeral arriving to St. Patrick's Church, Ballyhaunis on Tuesday morning for Funeral Mass at 11 o'clock with the funeral proceeding to the new cemetery.
