Jane Duffy,

formerly of Broher, Curry, Co. Sligo and Woodside, New York - peacefully surrounded by her family on February 12th, at the age of 92 years.

Predeceased by her husband Patrick of Botuney, Curry, Co. Sligo and brothers Frank, Billy and Joseph Duffy.

Sadly missed by her loving children Kevin (Jennifer), Joan, Brendan (Jaqueline), Monica (Martin), Bernadette (Michael), grandchildren Conor and Laura Duffy, Kaitlin and Bridget Mathis, Patrick (Nicole), Kevin, Michael, Martin & Joseph Duffy, Emma, Sarah, John & Olivia Hayes and beloved sister Theresa Duffy. 

May her gentle soul rest in peace.

Reposing at Lynch's Funeral Home, Sunnyside, NY on Friday, February 17th from 3 o'clock until 8 o'clock.

Mass of Christian Burial at St. Sebastian's Church on Saturday, February 18th at 9:45

Saddened to learn of Jane's passing but many fond memories of our first night in Paddy Duffy's pub in Queens at the start of the Charlestown GAA USA tour back in Sept 1980. The whole Duffy family were so welcoming it has remained etched in my memory ever since. Good to meet Jane and Monica at Tubbercurry Fair years later. Jane was such a resourceful and resilient woman.
