Rose Groden née Gardner,

Carrowkeel, Murrisk, Westport, Co. Mayo (February 9th, 2023) - peacefully following a brief illness at Mayo University Hospital, with her family by her side.

Predeceased by her loving son Michael.

Deeply mourned and lovingly remembered by her husband Tommy, daughters Diane Styles, Tracey McGing, Donna O' Grady, son John, sister June Bamber, brother Freddie, her eleven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, sons-in-law Ger, Nigel & Michael, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins extended Groden & Gardner Families and a wide circle of friends.

May Her Gentle Soul rest In Peace.

Rose will lie in repose at Sweeney's Funeral Home, Louisburgh on Friday (February 10th) from 6.00pm, concluding with prayers at 7.30pm.

Cortége will depart her home on Saturday at 11.20am to arrive at St. Patrick's Church, Lecanvey for 12 noon Mass of Christian Burial, followed by interment beside her son Michael in Murrisk Abbey Cemetery.
