Patrick (Pat) Bartley

Leicester, England and formerly of Graughill, Pullathomas, Ballina, Co Mayo.

Passed away peacefully on January 11th at Leicester Royal Infirmary, attended to by his loving family.

Predeceased by his parents John and Bridget, brother John, infant sister Annie and great grandson Hayden.

Deeply regretted by his wife Mary, son Ian and daughter in law Leanne, grandson Liam and his wife Mel, and his devoted great grandchildren Scarlet, Mason and Wyatt, sisters Mary (Leicester), Evelyn (Surrey), Bridget (Brighton), Catherine (Surrey) and brother Danny (Graughill).

Pat will missed by his family and close relatives, also his many friends and former work colleagues in the Leicester area and also those who shared his love of Greyhounds and Greyhound Racing where he trained and raced dogs at meetings in and around Leicester and the surrounding counties. When he was no longer able to do this he was a committed supporter of Retired Greyhound Trust.

May Patrick’s Kind and Gentle Soul Rest In Eternal Peace.

Funeral Service will take place on Friday, February 10th at 11 00am at Gilrose Crematorium, Groby Road, Leicester LE3 9QG

A Memorial Mass will be said at a future date in Ireland.
