Lahardane, Ballina, Co. Mayo – unexpectedly.

Predeceased by his brother Joe, sister Patsy and Mary Philbin.

Deeply mourned by his beloved wife Louisa, sons Cormac and Hugh, daughter Sally, daughter-in-law Marcella (Dunne), son-in-law Xavi, his adored grandchildren Sorcha and Patrick, his sisters Mary, Kay, Nuala, Imelda, Carmel, Anne, Sally & Joan, his brothers John & Tommy, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Leonard's Funeral Home, Lahardane on Saturday, 21st January from 3pm until 6pm.

Requiem Mass in St. Mary's Church, Bofeenaun on Sunday, 22nd January at 1.30pm with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

I was shocked and saddled to hear of the tragic circumstances of Pats passing and continually prayed that he would be found safe and get back with his family---but God had a place ready for Pat in heaven.
Pat and I sat together in Bofeenaun national school in 5th and 6th class and I helped him with his maths when he would come into school in the morning after milking the cows on the farm. Your Mam, Sally,[our teacher] was eager all the children did well but we didn't appreciate it back then Lovely memories Pat and God will give strength to your family at this difficult time .Will be logging on in London to join your funeral mass from Bofeenaun tomorrow afternoon.
