Michael (Mickey) Griffin

Aglish Estate, Castlebar, Co. Mayo and Lisnageeragh, Ballymoe, Co. Galway (January 16th, 2023) - suddenly in Mayo University Hospital, Castlebar, with his family by his side.

Predeceased by his father James and recently his mother Delia (November 30th, 2022).

Michael is sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his devoted sisters and brothers, Mary Hannon (Newbridge), Bridie Cooney (Tibohine), Catherine Geraghty (Williamstown), John-Martin (Ballymoe), James (Galway) and Ann Gunning (Ballymoe), his Aunt Babe Griffin (Manchester), nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.

May Michael’s Gentle Soul Rest in Eternal Peace.

Michael will repose at Flanagan’s Funeral Home, Ballymoe on Thursday from 4pm until 6pm with removal to St. Croan’s Church, Ballymoe for Prayers at 6.30pm.

Mass of the Resurrection on Friday at 11am with burial afterwards in Kilcroan Cemetery.

House strictly private to family at all times please.
