Rita Cunnane née Murphy,

Rathduff, Balla, Co. Mayo - in her 97th year, peacefully at the Sacred Heart Hospital, Castlebar,

Pre deceased by her husband Jackie, brothers John Eddie, and Michael Joe.

Deeply regretted by her loving family, Noreen (Killeen), Rena (O'Malley - Donegal), Claire (New York), Gerard (Ger) and Sean, sons-in-law Danny Killeen, Martin O'Malley and Steve Gallagher, daughters-in-law Mary and Helen, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sister Marie O'Gara, nephews, nieces, cousins, neighbours, relatives and friends.

Rest in Peace

Rita's infectious laugh and kind spirit will be deeply missed and though her loved ones will be grieving, they ask that she be remembered in the essence of which she lived, with love, much laughter and ultimate joy.

Her remains will repose at the Balla Funeral Home on Tuesday, 10th January from 5 o'clock with removal at 7 o'clock to St. Cronan's Church, Balla.

Funeral Mass on Wednesday at 12 noon followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.

Family flowers only. Donations if desired to The Stroke Unit at the Sacred Heart Hospital.
