Thomas Patrick (Tom) Costello,

Carrowhawny, Ballyhaunis, Co. Mayo - peacefully at the Ballinamore Nursing Home, Kiltimagh.  

Deeply regretted by his wife Carole. Beloved father of Nicolla, Ela and Claire, and their mother Margaret, grandfather of Thomas and Tonicha, great-grandfather of Kaia-Rose.  

Tom will repose in the Marian Funeral Home, Knock F12 A726 on Thursday evening 5th January from 6pm until 7pm.

Cremation will take place in Dardistown Crematorium, Dublin K67 HP26 on Saturday 7th January at 1pm.

Family flowers only.  Donations in lieu to Mayo SPCA mayospca.ie
