Beatie Goonan (née Keane),

Edinburgh and formerly of Roy, Doohoma. 

Predeceased by her husband Paddy Joe, her son John, parents Jim and Sarah Keane and sisters Nora and Sadie. 

Deeply mourned by her heartbroken family, daughters Annette and Mary, sons Seamus, PJ and his partner Sara, grandchildren Erin, Grace, Sean, Paddy Jo and Liam.

Sadly missed by her brothers John, Patsy and Seamus, her sisters Mary and Josephine brothers in law, sisters in law and a large circle of family and friends.

Beaties remains will arrive at St Patrick's Church, Edinburgh on Monday, 5th December at 4pm.

Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday at 10am with burial afterwards in Mount Vernon Cemetery at 11.30am.

I live in NY USA, I remember Beatie and her family when I was a child, She was my moms best friend. Annette, and John stayed with us when Beatie was in the hospital giving birth to Seamus. For some unknown reason you all came to my mind tonight and I was so sad to learn of Beaties passing through an online search. My deepest sympathies to all of her family. I can only hope that she and my Mom get to reminisce about their friendship in Jackson Heights New York. RIP Beatie! ❤️
