May Shane rest in peace.
I have lovely memories of Shane from National school in Curry right through secondary school. A real gentle soul with great wit and humour. He was a great athlete and as fast as lightning, I often tried to win the race but he always flew past me and got there first. He was a gifted footballer and I remember him lining out and playing with pride for Curry GAA in the green and white. He was a great talent on the pitch.
Then his love of music and "The Doppler Effect" they were the coolest crew around.
Thanks for always bringing a smile to my face and the lovely memories.
