Alice Creaton,

Crumlin, Dublin 12 and formerly of Clooncrawfield, Castlerea, Co. Roscommon (October 11th, 2022) –peacefully at St. James’s Hospital, Dublin.

Predeceased by her parents, her brothers Jimmy and Andy and her sister Mary.

Alice is sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her brothers Tommy (Kiltoom) and Eddie (Breanabeg, Loughlynn), her sisters Kathleen (Naughton, Ballaghaderreen) and Patricia (Fitzpatrick, Leixlip), her brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends including those in the Legion of Mary at home and abroad.

May She Rest in Peace

Alice will repose at McDonagh's Funeral Home, Castlerea on Thursday evening from 5pm until 7.00pm with removal at 7:15 to St. Brigid's Church, Cloonbonniffe.

Funeral Mass on Friday at 12 noon with burial afterwards in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Castlerea.

She often drove us up and down to Dublin and other places to the various meetings of the legion of Mary. I also went with her to England with the legion of Mary one summer. She was a very devout and hard working soul. I have lovely memories of her. She was one of a handful of people whohelped to shape my faith life . May she rest in peace.
