Fr John Walsh,

Tubbercurry, Co. Sligo and former Parish Priest of The English Martyrs Church, Poulton-Le-Fylde - peacefully in Trinity House Hospice, Poulton-Le-Fylde, Lancaster, UK.

Predeceased by his parents Michael and Breda, brothers Tommy and Noel, niece Michelle and nephew Michael.

Fr John is deeply mourned by his devoted siblings Peggy Armstrong (Cloonacool), Gerry (Manchester), Kathleen Williams (North Wales), Martin (Tubbercurry), Ann Towey (Ballaghaderren), Michael (Tubbercurry), Anthony (Tubbercurry), Vinny (Tubbercurry), Jude (Tubbercurry) and Teresa Dunleavy (Charlestown), brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, grand-nephews, grand-nieces, former parishioners, extended family, neighbours and many friends both here and in Lancaster.

REST IN PEACE

Fr John's funeral will arrive in St John the Evangelist Church, Tubbercurry on Saturday evening (15th October) for reception and prayers at 8 o'clock.

Requiem Mass on Monday (17th October) at 3 o'clock with the burial afterwards in Rhue Cemetery.

There will be a Requiem Mass for Fr John in Poulton-Le-Fylde on Wednesday (12th October) at 12 noon and can be viewed live on http://www.facebook.com/MyEventLive
