Kathleen Forkan nee Grennan,

Treenkeel, Kiltimagh, Co. Mayo and formerly of Urlar, Kilkelly - sadly passed away on Tuesday October 4th, at Mayo University Hospital, Castlebar.

Predeceased by her loving husband Joe.

Dearly loved mother of Kieran, Joseph, Majella, Dymphna and Breda, sadly missed by her adored grandchildren Elena, Keelin, Jamie, Sean, Dylan, Kayla, Juliet, Ella, Louie, Adam, Hugh and Shona, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, nieces, nephews and many neighbours and friends.

May Kathleen's gentle soul rest in peace.

Reposing at the family home in Treenkeel (F12 HT35) on Friday, October 7th from 6 o'clock until 8 o'clock.

Funeral Mass on Saturday morning at 11 o’clock in the Church of the Holy Family, Kiltimagh followed by cremation in Shannon Crematorium.

Donations if desired to Mayo University Hospital Comfort Fund, c/o O Hora Funeral Directors Kilitmagh.
