Martin (Mattie) Geoghegan,

Curraghcreen, Lavally, Tuam, Co.Galway - peacefully at his home in his 91st year on 1st October 2022.

Pre-deceaced by his son Kevin; his parents Martin and Annie, Brothers; Pat Joe, William and Jack, Sisters; Sadie, Mai, Kathleen, Bridie and Teresa.

Martin will be sadly missed by his deeply devoted wife Bridie, sons Michael, Padraic, Sean, Martin, Ger, Kevin (Rip) and Alan, daughters; Anne, Mary, Martina and Breda, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, partners, sister-in-law Mary, 33 Grandchildren and 17 great- grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, neighbours and wide circle of friends.

May Martin’s Kind and Gentle Soul Rest in Eternal Peace.

Reposing at his home in Curraghcreen  (H54KP28) on Monday afternoon from 4pm to 8pm.

Removal on Tuesday to the Church of our Lady and St. Jarlath, Lavally for Funeral Mass for Martin at 1pm followed by Cremation Service at Shannon Crematorium at 4pm.

Funeral Mass will be streamed on funeralslive.ie

Donations if desired to Lavally National School.
