Carmel O’Brien

Boleyard, Balla - surrounded by her loving family after a long illness. 

Predeceased by her mother Bridget and father Thomas.

Deeply regretted by her daughter Aisling Hughes, granddaughter Fiadh Barry, son-in-law Kevin Barry, brothers Mike O’Brien, Seamus O'Brien, Tommy O’Brien and Vincent O’Brien, sisters Sheila Lowe and Teresa Filan, Aisling's father Jimmy Hughes, her nieces, nephews, neighbours and friends.

May Her Gentle Soul Rest in Peace.

Carmel will be reposing at her home in Boleyard (F23Y952) on Tuesday September 13th from 5 o'clock until 8 o'clock.

Removal on Wednesday morning at 11.15 for Funeral Mass in St. Joseph's Church, Bohola at 12noon.

Mass can be viewed live on Bohola Post Facebook page.

This will be followed by a private cremation on Thursday.

We went our own way afterwards but I remember her as a lovely jolly person who loved her family and spoke proudly of her daughter Aisling. Iam very sad to hear of her passing and of your very sad loss of not having her around, but she is with God now and God is always close.
