John Duffy, 

Carrowntemple, Gurteen, Co. Sligo -September 7th 2022 – peacefully surrounded by his loving family and the caring staff at The North West Hospice, Sligo.

John will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his devoted parents Frank and Mary, brothers and sisters Owen, Sharon, Francis, Peter, Brian and Maria, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, friends and staff in Cloonamahon Day Centre, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

May John’s Soul Rest in Eternal Peace.

John will repose at O’Dowd’s Funeral Home, Gurteen, on Thursday evening (September8th) from 5 o’clock until 7 o’clock.

Removal from his home on Friday to St. Patrick’s Church, Gurteen, for Mass of the Resurrection at 1 o’clock with burial afterwards in Carrowntemple Cemetery.

Funeral Mass will be live-streamed via webcam on www.churchtv.ie/gurteen
