Mary Shannon nee Sherlock,

Cloonmeen East, Cloontia, Ballymote, Co. Sligo - peacefully, in her 102nd year, at Sligo University Hospital on Saturday, 27th August, 2022. 

Midwife and SRN.

Predeceased by her husband Patrick, brothers Roger, Brian, Johnny, Paddy and Tommy and her sisters Una and Katie. Dearly loved mother of Micheál, Padraig and Caroline. Deeply missed and remembered with love by her sons, daughter, grandchildren Darrell, Richard and Louise, brothers Batty (Cloonfeightrin) and Michael (London), sister Rita (Cuilmore), sister-in-law Tina, nephews, nieces, relatives, kind neighbours and a large circle of friends.

May she Rest in Peace

Mary will repose at Coen's Funeral Home, The Square, Tubbercurry (F91 P668), on Monday, 29th August, from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m.

Mass of the Resurrection on Tuesday, 30th August, at 12 noon in the Church of Saints John the Baptist and Colman, Derrinacartha, Co. Mayo with burial thereafter in Carracastle cemetery.

House is private, please.
