Joseph (Josie) Courtney

Bermingham, Tuam, Co. Galway - peacefully at Brooklodge Nursing Home.

Predeceased by his parents Bartley and Julia.

Sadly missed by his loving sisters Bridie Byrne (Liverpool), Freddie Heverin (Clonberne), Myra O’Keefe (Kilkenny), Ita McGrath (Barnaderg) and Martha Mullins (Lavally), brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Josie will be reposing at Grogan’s Funeral Home, Barrack Street, Tuam (H54 Y677) on Wednesday evening from 6.00pm until 8.00pm followed by removal to his home. 

Requiem Mass on Thursday at 12 noon in the Cathedral of the Assumption, Tuam. Funeral afterwards to Tuam Cemetery.
