John Connaughton

Laragh, Ballintubber, Castlerea, Co. Roscommon and formerly of Straid, Williamstown, Co. Galway, 

18th August, 2022, aged 79 at Galway University Hospital - peacefully in the presence of his loving family.

Predeceased by his parents Paddy and Mary, and his sister Patricia. 

Deeply regretted by his loving wife Mary, sons John (England), Frank (England), Gerard (England), Nicholas (Dublin) and Paul, daughters-in-law, his brothers Vincent (Manchester) and Frank (Williamstown), sister Mary Jo, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, grandchildren Krystal, Dylan and Cillian, great grandchild Darcy-Mae, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

May His Gentle Soul Rest In Peace.

Reposing at Flanagans Funeral Home, Ballymoe this Tuesday evening 23rd August 2022 from 5pm until 7pm (walk through only).

Removal will take place on Wednesday morning 24th August, 2022 from his residence, arriving at St. Croan's Church, Ballymoe at 11.50am for Funeral Mass at 12 noon, followed by burial afterwards in Kilcroan Cemetery.

House private at all times except for close family and friends. 

House strictly private on the morning of the funeral please.
