Fr. Brian Conlon,

Retired Parish Priest of Ballycastle, Co. Mayo and formerly of Carrowloughan, Dromard, Co. Sligo – peacefully on 16th August 2022 - surrounded by his loving family at North West Hospice, Sligo.

Predeceased by his parents, Tom and Nora, and his brothers Paddy and Seán.

Deeply regretted by his brothers, Tommy (Wicklow), Dermot (London), Eugene (Leitrim), sisters-in-law, Bernie, Margaret, Cáit and Elma, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, Bishop John Fleming and the priests of Killala diocese, relatives, many friends, and the parishioners of parishes served in since 1969.

Rest in Peace

Reposing at Lynn’s Funeral Home, Killala, Co. Mayo on Thursday 18th August, from 5 o’clock until 7 o'clock with removal to St. Bridgets Church, Ballycastle, Co. Mayo arriving at 7.30.

Funeral Mass on Friday 19th August at 12 noon with the cortege travelling afterwards via Enniscrone and Easkey to St. Mary’s Cemetery, Skreen, Co. Sligo for burial.
