Mary Kate Fennessy nee Carey,

Bexhill-on-Sea, East Sussex, England, formerly of Tallagh, Belmullet, Co. Mayo – peacefully at The Norman Hurst Care Home, Bexhill-on-Sea surrounded by her family on 20th June 2022.

Predeceased by her parents Tom and Catherine Carey, her loving husband Tommy, brothers Robert, Pete, Jim, John, Willie and her sisters Sheila and Maggie. 

Survived by her sister Lena Sylvester (USA).

She will be missed by her heartbroken family, daughters Margaret, Ita, Ann and son Gus, grandchildren Jason, Kristian, Hanna, Hann, Leon, Kelly, Sean, Patrick, great grandchildren, Jack, Maya, Zoe, Tai, Aliyah, Ivor, Lois, Henry, Millie, Ava, nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.

May her gentle, peaceful soul find a home in heaven with those family and friends that have gone before.

Memorial Mass will take place at The Church of the Holy Family, Carne, Belmullet at 5.30pm on Friday, 12th August followed by interment at Tarmoncarra Cemetery.
