Pattenspark, Ballyhaunis - peacefully at Brookvale Manor Nursing Home, Ballyhaunis.

Predeceased by Noreen Sloyan.

Deeply regretted by his daughters Olive and Debbie, his son Ivan and his sister Patricia, son in law, daughter in law grandchildren brothers in law, daughter in law relatives and friends.

Reposing at Donnellan's Funeral Home, Clare Street, Ballyhaunis on Monday evening from 5.30 until 7 o'clock.
 
Funeral will arrive to St. Patrick's Church, Ballyhaunis on Tuesday morning for funeral service at 11 o'clock with burial afterwards in the local cemetery.
 
Funeral can be viewed live on Ballyhaunis parish webcam or listened to on Ballyhaunis parish radio.

I wish to offer my sincere condolences to Ivan, Olive , and Debbie on the passing of your Dad Tommy . One of the last of that generation who turned a pound at the square in Ballyhaunis and other town squares and provided a service to many small farmers of the west ( calves fresh from the south ) and this supported many a family and I’ve heard it said he was one of the very best to deal with and money wasn’t always the priority ( the hand shake was the bond at the end of the day ) . He always topped up his Ford truck ( 244 WIZ I think ) with fuel when passing through Ballinlough as he liked to give everyone a “ turn “ . So Tommy sleep well, you deserve it after your Trojan work in tough times here on this earth . May his kind and generous spirit find eternal peace . Cathal and Cathy Carroll .
