Tony Maxwell

Kilgeever, Louisburgh, Co. Mayo - July 23rd 2022, following a brief illness, surrounded by his family at Mayo University Hospital.

Loving father of the late Noreen Maxwell-Folan and brother of the late Jim & Nora. Deeply mourned and sadly missed by his loving wife Tess (née McCarron), sons Tony & Billy (USA), Jimmy (Kilgeever), daughters Ann Marie (USA), Tina Mc Donnell (Westport), sister Mary McNally (Westport), daughters-in-law Tina, Maria & Karen, sons-in-law Seamus, Martin & Owen, his eighteen grandchildren, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, extended Maxwell & Mc Carron families and a wide circle of friends.

Tony will lie in repose at Sweeney's Funeral Home, Louisburgh on Tuesday (July 26th) (reposing will be walk through, no hand shaking) from 6pm to conclude with evening prayer at 7pm.

Removal from his home on Wednesday morning at 11.20 to arrive at St. Patrick's Church, Louisburgh for 12 noon Mass of Christian Burial, followed by burial in Kilgeever Abbey Cemetery.

Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu if desired to Louisburgh Order of Malta, c/o Sweeney Funeral Directors, Louisburgh.
