Sr. Grace (Maura) Keane
Ballymartin, Kilmaine, Co. Mayo - peacefully at her residence in The Holy Family Convent, 52 London Road, Enfield, Middlesex (EN2 6EN).

Sr. Grace is predeceased, by her parents, Patrick and Bridget,  brother, Brendan, nephew, Martin Joseph, and her grand-nephew, Evan.

Sadly missed by her brother, Gerald, Ballymartin, Kilmaine, sisters Sr. Josephine Keane, Drogheda and Phyllis Doherty, Belfast.

Most fondly remembered by all of her nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.

May she rest in eternal peace

Reposing at The Holy Family Convent, 52 London Road with Funeral Mass taking place on Tuesday July 19th at 12 noon in The Church of Mount Carmel & St. George, 45 London Road, Enfield , Middlesex (EN2 6DS)

Sister Grace was my RE teacher in Holy Family Covent (now known as St Ann’s). She was extremely knowledgeable intelligent and had a great sense of fun. She always smiled and I visited her many times at the convent over the years until pandemic hit. May she be in Heaven with God all the angels. RIP Grace.

The O'Brien family emigrated from Roscommon to London in 1988 with many educated at The Holy Family RC secondary school in Enfield. Extraordinary co-incidence to realise that Sr Grace was in fact related to the family. She was well respected and highly regarded by the whole school community. Felt incredible pride to inform Sr Grace, that Angela O'Brien (nee Feerick) was my grandmother as both were cousins. Angela was married to Pake O'Brien and lived in Cregmore.
