Rose Greene nee McCormack

Williamstown Road, Castlerea and formerly of Cloonelt, Castlerea, Co. Roscommon - peacefully at Portiuncula Hospital, Ballinasloe on June 27th, 2022.

Pre-deceased by her husband Francis.

Rose, loving mother of Peter, Nuala (Guthrie), Roisin (Madden) and Eleanor Mooney, (Roscommon).

Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her son, her daughters, her adored grandchildren Eimear, Diarmuid, Romy, Jonathan, Lucy, Cormac, Brian, Rebecca, Luke and James, her great-grandson Donnacha, sons-in-law Michael, Tony and Sean, sister-in-law Ida (McCormack, Dublin), nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at McDonagh‘s Funeral Home, Castlerea on Thursday evening from 5 o’clock until 7 o’clock (walk through only please) with removal at 7:15 to St. Brigid’s Church, Cloonbonniffe.

Funeral Mass on Friday at 12 noon with burial afterwards in St. Joseph cemetery, Castlerea.

Funeral Mass for Rose will be live-streamed and can be viewed on www.mcdonaghfuneraldirectors.ie/live-stream.
