Sean Mcloughlin
New Road, Westport, Co. Mayo (June 28th 2022).

Predeceased by his wife Gerri.

Sean will be sadly missed by his loving family daughter Niamh, sons Paul, Iain, Alan and Raymond, sisters Mairin, Eithne and Patricia, brother Michael, grandchildren Rachel, Katie, Charlie, Caolan, Sean and Theo, daughters-in-law Ayleen and Michelle, nieces, nephews, relatives neighbours and friends.

May his gentle soul rest in peace.

Sean will be reposing at his residence on Wednesday evening June 29th from 4 o’clock until 7 o’clock.
Removal from his residence on Thursday 30th June at 1 o’clock to St. Mary's Church, Westport for Funeral Mass at 2 o’clock. Burial afterwards in Aughavale Cemetery.
Mass will be live streamed on www.churchtv.ie/westport. 
House private please at all other times please.

He was adored by each and every player under his stewardship, as no matter what happened in a game he was always full of praise for his players. Sean loved going down to the Sports Park to watch the kids playing, no doubt thinking of his younger days when he was playing for the Red & Black. Sean was one the greats, he was without doubt an outstanding player, but above all he was a gentleman both on and off the pitch.
