Eileen Vesey nee O’Connell,

Church Street, Charlestown, Co. Mayo and formerly of Curry South, Curry, Co. Sligo- peacefully at the home of her daughter Eileen.

Pre-deceased by her parents Agnes and John, her husband Eddie and her partner Jim.

Sadly missed and remembered with love by her daughters Eileen and Mary and her son John.

Fondly missed by her brother Joe and his wife June (Manchester) and her brother Mick and his partner Bernie (Charlestown). She will be sorely missed by her extended family, adored grandchildren, nieces, nephews, neighbours and friends.

R.I.P.

Remains reposing at the Horkan Funeral Home Charlestown on Sunday evening from 6:00pm – 8:00pm.

Removal from her home in Church Street to St. James’s Church Charlestown on Monday morning, for funeral mass at 11am.

Burial will take place afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Eileen worked in our school from 1981 to 2014 and gave a lifetime of service and contribution as our School Cleaner and Traffic Warden. Eileen was central to school life in St. Attracta's, looking after our pupils and school with great kindness, care and attention. She was always held in the highest regard.
