Michael Farrington,

Park Road, Kiltimagh, Co Mayo - passed away unexpectedly on 31st May 2022 with his loving family at his side, in the exceptional care of staff at the Mayo University Hospital following an illness borne with great dignity and strength.

Devoted husband and best friend to his beloved wife Maria (neé Griffin, Irishtown), loving father to Rebecca, Aislinn and Emmet, loyal brother to his sisters Christina and Anne (Sligo) and brother John (New York) and proud grandfather to Cameron, Cael and Luca.

Michael will be sadly missed by his family, sons-in-law Paul and Fraser and soon to be daughter-in-law Aoife, nieces, nephews, relatives, good neighbours and many friends.

May Michael’s gentle soul Rest in Peace

Reposing at the family home (F12 YT92) on Thursday evening from 5pm until 8pm.

Removal on Friday morning at 11.40am to arrive at the Church of the Holy Family, Kiltimagh for Funeral Mass at 12 noon.

Burial immediately afterwards in Kilkinure Cemetery, Kiltimagh.

Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu to Irish Cancer Society (https://www.cancer.ie/) or c/o John McHugh, Funeral Director.
