Sincere condolences to Matthew and family on your great loss and also to all Mary’s neighbours and friends. We are truly heartbroken to have lost Mary who was so precious to us.
It was such a privilege to have known Mary and her wonderful family who loved her so dearly. Mary has touched us and everyone she knew with her sparkling personality and spirit. Although Mary experienced hard times in her early years she shrugged it all off and was so thankful for the blessings she received in her life including her dear family whom she adored and who adored her in return. Our friendship was deep and even though Mary lived to a great age she never lost her sense of humour or her sharp turn of phrase. Her heart was always full of the joys of living and she loved her little house. We will miss her beautiful smile and her sharp wit. She was an extraordinarily talented lady whom we were so proud to have known. Ar dheis De to raibh a hanam dilis.

What a lady in every way.. It was an honour to have meet Mary which we did some years ago, she was always so happy and always had time for a chat when she would be up in Westport town for her bits and pieces one a week she would come on the bus from Mullrany ... She would be dressed so beautiful and always that lovely smile . We are delighted that we meet "The lovely Mary" and she is in the front seat in Heaven which she deserves ... She will always be remembered in everyway ... She will be missed by so many ... To her family we are
so sorry for your loss she will always be with you all she is some one you will never forget ..... Thank you Mary for your little chats and laughter you would brighten any ones day .........
