Predeceased by his brothers Bernard, John and Martin.

Deeply regretted by his wife Mary, nine sons, nine daughters, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, greatgrandchildren, brothers, sisters, relatives and friends.

R.I.P.

Reposing at his home on Tuesday evening from 5 o’clock until 8 o’clock.

Removal from his home on Wednesday at 1 o’clock to arrive at the Church of the Holy Rosary, Castlebar for Funeral Mass at 2 o'clock with burial afterwards in the local cemetery.

Dear Joker,

It was unfortunate that I was unable to spend more time with you up in Mayo before your passing. May you be resting in a better place now away from whatever pain was in your heart.

I have wonderful memories of you, some of my earliest memories as a child were of you, some of my fondest memories as a child were of you. I can remember you playing with me , hugging me and the spiky beard.

You were a good man to me. A good grandfather. You were there for me as a child before I moved away and you accepted me with open arms when I came back to see you. You were one of the funniest people I have ever met and you are truly missed by many of us

I wish to do you proud from up there and I pray that you are looking down on me. I pray they you help me succeed in finishing my last year of college and making a life for myself. I pray that you are happier now, that you are still looking over all of us and that you have genuinely found peace.
