Sr. Barbara Keane,

Little Company of Mary, Braemor Park, Churchtown, Dublin 14 and formerly of Lowvalley, Crossmolina, Co. Mayo (May 3rd 2022) - peacefully with her community and family. 

Sadly missed by her LCM community, sister-in-law Tess, nieces and nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews, LCM associates and a large circle of friends in Ireland and Italy. 

Predeceased by her parents John and Mary her brothers Tony (Lowvalley), Pat (Dublin) and baby Vincent.                  

May She Rest in Peace.

Funeral Mass on Thursday at 10.00am in the Church of the Good Shepherd, Churchtown followed by burial at Deans Grange Cemetery.

I never had the pleasure of meeting Sister Barbara in person , I heard her name so often,I being a frequent visitor and a welcomed guest to the Keane household in both the Park and Kilmainham over a life time and more. The friendship between my Dad (recently deceased ) and Pat (RIP) and Tess is one that I hold close to my heart. So Tess be strong and keep the flag a Flyin.
