Gertie Casserly née Connaughton,

Leitrim, Fairymount, Castlerea, Co. Roscommon (April 28th, 2022) - peacefully in her 98th year, at the Northwest Hospice, Sligo.

Pre-deceased by her husband Jimmy and daughter-in-law Geraldine.

Sadly missed and remembered with love by her daughter Mary, sons Dermot and Seamus, grandchildren Michelle, Tara, Fintan, Emma, Danielle, Sarah, Conor and Samantha, great-grandchildren Aodhán and Saoirse, son-in-law Dennis, daughter-in-law Anna, her nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

May She Rest in Peace.

Gertie will repose in The Sharkey Funeral Home, Frenchpark on Friday from 5.30pm (walk through only). Removal at 7.15pm to the Church of the Sacred Heart, Fairymount arriving at 8pm.

Mass of the Resurrection on Saturday at 11am, followed by interment in Fairymount Cemetery.
