Gurteens, Ballina and formerly of Bellacorick - peacefully at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Ballina.

Eamon, predeceased by his sister Nan. Beloved husband of Anne and loving father of Kevin and Lisa.  

Sadly missed by his loving wife, son, daughter, brothers John and James, sisters Mary, Julia, Evelyn, Kathleen and Dorothy, in-laws, nephews, nieces, relatives, friends & care givers.

REST IN PEACE

Reposing at McGowan's Funeral Home, Ballina on Sunday evening from 5:30pm until 6:30pm. (Walk through only)

Funeral cortege will arrive to St. Patrick’s Church, Ballina on Monday morning for 11:00am requiem mass followed by burial in Leigue cemetery, Ballina.

Funeral mass will be live streamed on churchtv.ie/stpatricks/.

Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to Mayo Roscommon hospice c/o McGowans funeral home or online at https://www.hospice.ie/donations/.

He was such a good friend and neighbour to all of the people of Bellacorick and surrounding areas, and I am sure, to all your neighbours and friends in Ballina. My father and mother thought the world of him and he had such an easy manner and a quiet stillness that made him approachable which allowed people to ask for his help which he freely gave and there are many stories told of the help he gave Mickey Joe and Baby. His mother was my mother's godmother, which my mother told all and sundry. We are sorry not to be able to be with you during these difficult days. May Eamon rest in peace.
