Maureen Lydon,

Slieveroe, Headford, Co Galway and formerly of Boula (16th February 2022) - peacefully at her daughter Helena’s home, Slieveroe surrounded by her loving family.

Predeceased by her loving husband John, and her brothers Fr. Patrick (Fr. Pa) and Michael.

Sadly missed by her son P.J., daughters Maria (Cornwall), Teresa, Patsy, Triona, Aidrienne (Glesson), Fionnuala, Helena (Hastings) and Brenda (Burke), daughter-in-law Michelle, sons-in-law Cecil, Russell, John, Gerry, Pat and Sean, nieces, nephews, most cherished grandchildren Leanne and Adam Cornwall, Danny and Jack Seagrove, M.J. Lydon, Bailey, Amy, John and Zoe Glesson, Laura, Rebecca, Patrick, Thomas and Ciara Hastings, Megan, Jake, Alex and Maeve Lydon, Jessica, Emma and Conor Burke, her extended family, friends and neighbours.

May she rest in peace

Reposing at Ryder’s Funeral home, Headford on Saturday, 19th February 2022 from 6pm with removal at 8:00pm to St. Mary’s Church, Claran.

Requiem Mass on Sunday, 20th February 2022 at 12:30pm followed by burial in Killursa Cemetery.
