J.P. Lavin,

Lurga, Charlestown - peacefully at the Mayo Hospice.

Sadly missed by his loving family sister Mary Teresa, brother-in-law Hughie, niece Keara, nephews Shane and Ian, aunt Teresa, cousin Peter, grandnieces, grandnephew, relatives, neighbours and friends.

May he rest in peace 

Reposing at the Horkan Funeral Home, Charlestown on Sunday evening from 5.30 to 7 o’clock.

Removal on Monday at 11.30 to St Patrick's Church, Bushfield via Lurga arriving for Funeral Mass at 12 o’clock followed by burial in Bushfield Cemetery. 

Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to Mayo Hospice
