Ringeraun, Castlebar, Co. Mayo and formerly of Knocknageeha, Kilmane – suddenly.

Predeceased by his parents Margaret and James also his brother Michael.

Deeply regretted by his heartbroken wife Mary (Conway), daughter Priscilla, son William, grandchildren Evelyn and Cillian, son-in-law David McDonnell, sisters Mary (Mulhearn), Bridget (Coyne), Anne (O'Brien), Teresa (Corcoran), brothers Paddy, John, Seamus and Martin.

Willie will be sadly missed by his mother in law Kathleen Conway, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, godfather, godchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, neighbours and many friends. R.I.P.

Remains arriving to Ballintubber Abbey on Monday morning for Funeral Mass at 11.30 with burial afterwards in Ballyheane Cemetery.

willie was our loyal friend for over 40 years and was always there to help late at night or early in morning and indeed when we were building our house in the eighties he was there to assist and his workmanship is still with us today

O no, I'm deeply saddened to hear my Willie the wizard as I called him has passed on!! He helped myself and my husband recently to fit a boiler that he went out of his way to find, which was near impossible to find ourselves, till I was interduced to Willie, he not only found the boiler, he fitted it, changed the burner and worked his fingers off outside 10hours to get it fixed and fit the old cover on the new one!! He could put his hand to anything and we were so very greatful to Willie to go out of his way to help us!! We became friends with Willie, he,d call to the house and had dinner with us many times, he blended in with us very well and his story telling was something else!! I can still hear his voice and his laugh.. Willie! thank you so much for your kindness and your mighty stories!! You were 1of a kind and will be deeply missed!! My sincere condolences to his wife Mary, children priscilla and William and family, and friends!!!! May he R. I. P❤️❤️
