Sending our heartfelt sympathy to John ,Mary, Lena, Sheila, Kathy, Michael and their families including grandchildren and great grandchildren. Anna May as she was always fondly known to us, will be missed, but our memories with her and her family will be forever in our hearts. Her hospitality knew no bounds, she extended her warm welcome to us all over the years in Philadelphia, The Shore and the highlight being the Caribbean cruise where she shone as we celebrated her memorable birthday.
She may have departed these Irish shores as a very young 16 year old, but her heart always remained in Mayo!
We share in your sadness at this difficult time. May she rest in peace.

She helped so many people during her lifetime and was a friend to many people in this world
She was a woman of faith and believed in Jesus as her Lord and Saviour

Thinking of, and praying for, all the Griffin and extended Devaney family in this their time of great loss. While younger than me, Annie and I were great friends in The Marist Secondary school, Charlestown, Then in the sixties (when my cousin John and wife Nellie - Annie's aunt - came to live in Killasser) and for many years afterwards I had regular updates on the life of her and her family in the U.S. May she now be reunited with all her deceased family and friends in the Kingdom of everlasting peace and joy and may God, in His mercy, bring consolation to those who will deeply grieve for her.
