Blacksod, Belmullet, Co. Mayo peacefully at the Aras Deirbhle Nursing Home, Belmullet on 16^th October 2021.

Predeceased by his parents Thomas and Margaret and sisters Julia and Mary.

He will be sadly missed by his heartbroken family, sisters Kathleen, Margaret, Bridget and Ann, brothers in law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

May His Gentle Soul Rest in Peace.

Funeral will repose at McDonnell’s Funeral Home, Belmullet on Monday evening from 5 o’clock until 6.30 with funeral arriving at the Church of Our Lady of Lourdes, Aughleam at 8 o’clock.

Funeral Mass on Tuesday at 11 o'clock followed by burial in Faulmore Cemetery.

Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if desired to the “Aras Deirbhle Nursing Home, Belmullet”, c/o McDonnell Funeral Directors, Belmullet.

House Private Please

The funeral will be for immediate family, neighbours and friends only with a maximum of fifty percent of the Church’s capacity in attendance for Funeral Mass.

For those who would like to pay their respects as the funeral cortege passes through the town and villages enroute to the church on Monday evening and to the cemetery on Tuesday afternoon, please stand in a socially distanced manner on the streets, roadsides, outside the church and cemetery ensuring public health and safety is being upheld to the highest standard.

The Geraghty family appreciate your understanding at this difficult time.

Memorial Mass for the repose of his soul will be held at a later date.
